Basil is a four-year-old in Vancouver, B.C., who loves his garden and tends to his beloved black currant bush every day. He has a seriousness about him and deeply observes the people, plants, and world around him. We went on an adventure to the local orchard down the street from his house, where he explored as if it were his own and picked blueberries to make jam with.
